WEST BURLINGTON - Southeastern's Cross Country duo of Brooks Julian and Aisha Ramone have done it again earning ICCAC Athlete of the Week, this time for the week of Sep. 25 - Oct. 1.
This is Aisha Ramone's 4th award of this kind this season, and Julian's 2nd.
Theh duo had a strong outing last week at the Heartland Invitational.
Julian took home 13th place in this event's 8K out of 73 runners. Brooks recorded a time of 27:58 in this event.
Ramone took home 2nd place in the 8K, out of 47 runners with a time of 19:22.6.
Ramone and Julian have each led the team in every race this year, and will look to continue that as they head into regional events at the end of October.
The Blackhawks have 2 more races before that time. One at Indian Hills, and one at Mount Mercy.
