West Burlington, Iowa-The Southeastern Community College Men's Basketball team played Kirkwood Community College on Saturday, November 18th in Loren Walker Arena.  What started out to be a blow out ended up to be a nail biting game.  SCC finished the first half with a 51-32 lead, while beating the Eagles in a final score of 72-69.  SCC Blackhawk Kourtney Ware delivered a shot at the end of the second half right before the buzzer that lifted the Blackhawks to another win.  Ware got the ball and was able to sink a 23 foot shot with seconds left on the clock.  Sophomore, Kourtney Ware finished the game as leading scorer for the Blackhawks with 16 points.  The Blackhawks are now 4-1 and will host Kankakee Community College on Monday, November 20th with tip off to begin at 7:00 pm.
