Keokuk, IA- The 2022 Division II Region XI Women's Basketball teams were announced on Tuesday after the conclusion of the Region XI Championship on Sunday. Antuanae Garrett earned 2nd team All-Region and Sanee Cates earned 3rd team All-Region.
