WEST BURLINGTON - Cebastian Gentil has been announced as the assistant coach for men’s & women’s track and field at Southeastern Community College. He will begin his position in August 2023.
Gentil comes to Southeastern after graduating from Iowa State University in Spring 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in liberal studies. While at Iowa State, Gentil competed on the men’s track team earning All-American honors four times and All Big-12 Competitor 11 times.
Additionally, Gentil served as the student-coach on the Iowa State track and field/cross country team for two years.
