In a back and forth game, SCC is crowned the North Central District Champion 75-73. With NDSCS up two, the Blackhawks tied the game with 1.9 seconds left on a free throw attempt put back to force overtime. The Blackhawks took control in the extra frame and held on as a last second attempt by the Wildcats missed. The win secures a bid to the NJCAA National Championship Tournament. SCC will learn their opponent on the NJCAA selection show whichs airs at 6pm CST on the NJCAA Network.
