BLACKHAWKS ALLOW LATE GOAL IN LOSS TO HEARTLAND

WEST BURLINGTON - Men's soccer drops a tough loss Monday to Heartland, 2-1. This match featured Heatland taking the lead first on a set play in the 31st minute. The Blackhawks would show fight, tiying the score at 1-1 off a header from Juan Hernandez (assist from Jordi Masegosa) in the 50th minute. The two teams would battle back and forth before a second Heartland goal in the 71st minute off a loose ball in the box. The Blackhawks drop their third game of the season, and will play at Iowa Lakes Saturday in their first conference match of the season.
