WEST BURLINGTON - Defefensive specialist Taryn Stephens took home ICCAC Athlete of the Week honors in DII volleyball for her performance at the opening weekend tournament. Stephens, a freshman native of Burlington accumulated 114 digs in 22 sets over the weekend as the Blackhawks went 3-3 in Rockford, IL. Stephens' 114 digs ranks her fourth nationally in all of DII volleyball. In addition, Stephens comes in at 5.18 digs per set, ranking her #1 in DII volleyball in the ICCAC in the respective category. 

Stephens is the first Southeastern athlete to earn ICCAC Athlete of the Week honors for the 2024-2025 academic year.
